Telecom Asia — China Mobile has officially started the commercialization of its rich communication services (RCS) network. The Chinese mobile giant collaborated with ZTE for the virtual IP multimedia subsystem (vIMS) based RCS deployment. In October 2014, ZTE won the tender to become the system integrator of this project.
